Due to the nature of jewellery products:

โœ… Refunds and Returns are applicable only if the product is received damaged or defective on arrival.


    Damaged Product Policy

    To be eligible for a refund due to damage or defect, ALL of the following conditions must be met:

    • The customer must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
    • The customer must provide a clear, continuous unpacking video recorded from the moment the package is opened.
    • The video must clearly show:
      • The sealed package
      • The unboxing process
      • The damaged or defective product
    • Clear photos and/or videos of the issue must also be shared.

    โ— Claims without an unpacking video will not be accepted.
    โ— Claims raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be considered.
