Due to the nature of jewellery products:
โ Refunds and Returns are applicable only if the product is received damaged or defective on arrival.
Damaged Product Policy
To be eligible for a refund due to damage or defect, ALL of the following conditions must be met:
- The customer must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- The customer must provide a clear, continuous unpacking video recorded from the moment the package is opened.
- The video must clearly show:
- The sealed package
- The unboxing process
- The damaged or defective product
- Clear photos and/or videos of the issue must also be shared.
โ Claims without an unpacking video will not be accepted.
โ Claims raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be considered.
